Hello! I am new to this and have never posted anything about my anxiety and what I’m struggling with everyday. I have a very supportive husband and I’m motivated and educated enough to do everything in my power to help myself deal with this struggle. But everyday is a state of panic! My hands are shaking as I write this, feeling another panic attack in the near future. I’ve meditated, tried yoga, breathing and medication. But I still struggle. Is there anyone else out there than can relate to me and make me feel a little normal?
